我基本從不給酒店差評，但是這次旅程讓我真的非常非常非常生氣。知道酒店有點年份，但是想著洲際旗下起碼靠譜，再訂一個稍微好一點點的房間，應該不會太差，結果就是房間床頭射燈壞了的也照樣把房開出來給顧客。事情是這樣的：晚上回酒店之後一進房間就看到了天花板這個奇怪的卡片，當時還不清楚為什麼有個卡片在這裡，準備睡覺關燈才發現原來是這個射燈關不了，然後酒店就用這麼一張卡紙遮擋，但是根本擋不住光啊，圖片可以看得出來還是很亮，發現這個問題之後馬上找前台，然後前台過了很久才來房間check，當時已經00.32了，明天大早上的飛機真的需要早點休息，然後來了之後也沒什麼解決辦法，我説那用點什麼膠布什麼的多粘幾層讓我先對付一晚吧，然後又去找膠布，應該找了快20多分鐘吧，1.00才回來，帶來了那種好像還是剛出門買的手工雙面膠，根本就不牢固，半夜三點多整個直接掉臉上又起來重新粘。（這個問題完完全全就是酒店方的問題，一個有問題的房間為什麼還開出來給顧客，並且在發現這個問題之後為什麼不優先給顧客先換一件房，竟然還嘗試修？請問我的時間不重要嗎？然後額外，請酒店方不要怪罪那天晚上的一個年輕前台，也就是來幫我修理那個，我看得出來他已經很努力想幫助我們了，不希望他受到什麼牽連。）我衹想説這件事完完全全酒店本身的問題非常嚴重，另外，你們這樣的做法第一很不靠譜，第二那個卡紙掉下來的時候我能感受到卡紙的溫度很高，請問你們真的不怕這樣出什麼火災問題嗎？？

酒店很好，乾淨整潔，入住時，服務我很好。感覺前台給我升級了房間，房間很大，一張大床，還有兩張小床，可以住一家兩大兩小一家人。機場不遠，周圍也有一些旅遊景點。

房間雖有點小，但硬件設施完全滿足連鎖品牌標準。前台服務很Nice, very impressed by a female receptionist’s professionalism. 去Gatwick機場及火車站可以門口坐hoppa，是來倫敦或去英格蘭南部海濱城市住宿性價比高的選擇之一

We were greated with a very friendly welcome. Room and hotel were fine for us for a 1 night stopover. Very popular with air crew. Breakfast was good, very busy when we went down but seated effectively. Overall a nice overnight stop.

Front office staff all great. Nice gym. Rooms refurbished, neat and clean though a bit small. Only complaint is the housekeeping. A little spotty. One of the day no housekeeping despite hanging the housekeeping required card outside the door the whole day. And then 2 of the days they just removed the rubber mat for the bath tub. I asked reception to for it to be replaced and they gave me fabric floor mats instead of rubber mats. So in all, will recommend for the location if you wanna stay around the airport but not at the airport. There is a small town Crawley for food, malls and supermarket within walking distance.

The hotel looks very 1970s from the outside however the Inside is modern, very clean and excellent staff. Breakfast was well presented and plentiful. The room was very comfortable and as we booked a premier king size had ample space. The coffee machine was a nice touch. Well recommended.

Okay location from airport. There is a shuttle bus that runs to both terminals for £5 pp. The location of the hotel is amongst residential homes and the rooms are not sound proofed enough. It was very noisy. Bring earplugs. Room is spotless. Amenities are great. Coffee. Tea. Biscuits. Toiletries in room and on request. Perfect for one night stay before or after a visit to Gatwick Airport.

We had a nice stay in a new clean room. Our room was upgraded to a bigger size king bed which is nice as no available twin room. We enjoyed the lounge and had a few drinks and nibbles just in time after arriving from long travel. Overall stay was fantastic.’
